Anhui Zhenyu Automobile Parts Co., Ltd. is a joint venture company established by Zhejiang Zhenxing Foundry Co., Ltd., which is a professional foundry, machining and assembly company.

 

The company is located in Muzhen Industrial Park, Qingyang County, Chizhou City, Anhui Province. It was registered on July 4, 2017 and started construction on November 8, the same year. It will be completed and put into trial production on December 5, 2018. The registered capital of the company is 80 million yuan, with an estimated total investment of 650 million yuan. The company covers an area of 100 mu, divided into two phases of construction. In the first phase, 17,000 new production plants were built, and 21,000 new production plants were built on the second phase planning land. The construction was carried out one year after the first phase was put into operation. The project is expected to be completed and put into operation in 2021, with annual sales revenue of 600 million yuan. The company expects more than 800 employees, more than 60 Engineers and technicians (college diploma or above), and 12 senior engineers.

 

In order to ensure the company's leading level in the foundry industry, the company adopts modern automatic import equipment, mainly in the United States, Denmark, Italy, Japan and other countries. At the same time, in order to ensure quality, the company has equipped international advanced Spark spectrometer, industrial X-Ray non-destructive flaw detector, three coordinates, blue-light scanner, mechanical performance testing machine, chemical analyzer, metallographic analyzer and other testing equipment to provide rapid, accurate and reliable quality assurance for production.
